Gecko® 410 Grout Seal

Gecko® 410 is an aqueous polymer solution which is used to provide water and oil resistance to porous surfaces such as concrete, natural stone, brick, unglazed ceramic tile, and all porous masonry surfaces. Gecko® 410 resists both water and oil-based stains. Gecko® 410 can be used both indoors and outdoors to keep surfaces looking stain free longer. Gecko® 410 prevents stain-causing liquids from soaking into the floor. Gecko® 410 protects surfaces against oil-based stains such as cooking oil, grease, motor oils, and suntan lotions without creating a barrier coating. Products made from acrylics and Urethanes create a thick, glossy barrier coating, and Siloxane based impregnators don’t create a barrier, but lack the oil-stain protection of Gecko® 410’s unique polymer chemistry.
